As for the required documents for application:

1) What documents shall we provide?
a. Name, address, nationality of the applicant
b. Specifications.
c. Claims
d. Drawings
e. Power of Attorney simply signed
f. Priority document
g. Home registration or activity certificate or extract from commercial register

2) Which of them is required to be notarized and/ or legalized?
None of them is need to notarized or legalized

3) Can we send you all required document by email? Or, we have to send the originals by airmail?
You can send us all required document by email.

As for the procedure:

1) After we file the application, when can we get the application number and the application date?
You will get the application number and application date with in a month.

2) Will there be an Official Filing Receipt or a Notice of Acceptance of Application issued by your government? If so, when can we receive it after filing?
Yes there is an official receipt. We usually receive the notice one month from the application and we will fax it at same day.

3) In Turkey we have pre-examination for application if you failed to proper application TPE(Turkish Patent Institute) will give you 3 months to correct your missings.

4) You have to claim search report within 15 months from the priority date or application date.

5) Application is published after 18 months from the priority date or application date.

6) After the publication of search report, the applicant has to demand the examination within 6 months otherwise application is withdrawn.

7) The patent’s validation is 20 years and for the patent validation the annual fees have to be paid yearly.

8) We’d like to be informed whether the term of validity takes effect from the date of application or the date of registration?
The term of validity takes effect from the date of application

9) What is kind of Classification your country applies?
The Turkish Classification is same with IPC (International Patent Classification) view..

10) We used to require our partnership to file the application before the arrival of POA, in this case, will you charge us for later filing document?
There is no extra fee for late submission of POA until registration date. If you will not submit the POA for registration it will abandoned.
